1919: A 60-foot three legged tower erected.

Creosoted horizontal and diagonal beams.
Cracked treads on ladder at top of tower, no wire mesh on railings.
This tower has no cab, and is used in cases of extreme fire conditions. This structure is satisfactory for emergency use.
Living Quarters: All paint blistered and peeling; windows need putty; shutters need paint. Has wood stove and lightning protection on the roof.
This building is in good condition and kept neat and clean." (Inspection Report)
